Connect at least 6 dots on a 5×5 grid. Your pattern is stretched through 600,000 rounds of PBKDF2 to produce a 256-bit encryption key.
Every photo and file is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a per-vault master key. The master key is itself wrapped by your pattern key. Even the vault blob is filled with random data — encrypted files are indistinguishable from noise.
The moment you leave the app, the decryption key is zeroed from memory. No key means no access — not for thieves, not for forensics, not for us.
